Programmatic Program Manager

Purch is looking for a smart and motivated Programmatic Program Manager to join our New York City team.

Reporting to the Director of Programmatic, the Programmatic Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs directly related to advertising across the Purch properties.

Responsibilities

  • Build productive working relationships with key decision makers within a broad spectrum of demand partners for Purch’s server to server header bidding platform. 
  • Manage day-to-day analysis of advertising revenue to help identify any opportunities, inconsistencies or issues
  • Ensure Purch ad guidelines are followed
  • Handle inbound reports of managing bad ad troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and identify occurrence of bad ads (malware, redirects, term violations, etc).
  • Appropriately communicate back around issue resolution
  • Develop and deliver month end reporting for third parties
  • Check for and resolve discrepancies against all bidding partners
  • Setup and troubleshoot ad placements in the Ad Console
  • Manage and adjust campaigns in the Ad Console

Qualifications

  • Ad tech knowledge. Expertise within ad serving solutions, DFP, RTB, Header Bidding
  • At least 2 years experience in digital advertising (publisher, agency, ad network, etc.)
  • Experience in troubleshooting ad related issues
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Must love data and have a demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and leverage it for actionable results
  • Strong drive and hands-on mindset; ability to own issues and see them through resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional etiquette
  • Team-player; skilled at working cooperatively with internal team and clients
  • Meticulous/thorough with details and incredibly organized and proactive
