As Purch’s photography intern within our newly formed Purch Studios initiative, we are seeking a photo intern to help us shape the visual identities of our B2C brands.
This collaborative and creative role will be a digital photographer interested in photo editing and working with editors and writers. He/She will be working with a collaborative team of photo editors, photographers, writers, and videographers. The internship is a full-time paid position for 3 months.
Assist photo team in identifying and replacing low resolution images on website.
Work on long term photography projects including archives and normalizing of data for photo research.
Assist the photo team with product photography.
Assist the photo team with basic retouching from studio photography and researched photography.
Perform quality assurance on all images.
Maintain a clean, well run photo studio.
Effectively communicate ongoing project status with internal leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team of video producers from Purch Studios to provide best in class production assistance and foster a visual-centric culture.
Able to work full-time with at least a 3-month commitment in the Ogden, UT office.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without constant direction.

Social media savvy and willing to work across departments to get things done.
You possess a portfolio for review and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
